For all ZenRentals bookings, no matter the platform, we enforce the following measures:
✔ The primary guest undergoes a thorough screening and background check (see Exhibit A).
✔ The primary guest is required to sign our agreement legally, with timestamps and an IP address for verification (see Exhibit B).
​✔ After confirmation, ZenRentals applies additional protocols to ensure guests follow all rules and maintain respect for the surrounding residents and community
